Pastel Panels

I saw on Nicole Heady's blog yesterday that she had her DT team do a pattern challenge and I thought "I could have a try at that".

Whilst mine is not in the same league as the clever DT, I enjoyed putting this together! I used my Bitty Dots paper and stamped the co-ordinating colour with a different pattern (Damask Designs, Background Basics Retro and Stars plus Polka Dots) and zipped along it all with my sewing machine. I used Hibicus Burst as my base - one colour card I've hardly used since I got it ages ago - it's such a pretty colour.

This is off in the post all the way to the southern hemisphere - the furthest I think I've ever sent a card - but it's for a very special and generous lady!

Spectacular job with the challenge! I love all of the different patterns that you've combined here. I'm sure the recipient will be thrilled to get this!
